Guyana’s coast isn’t blue. Why should its coastal technology be?

Coverage and limits
The layers cover the Region 3 coast between Vreed-en-Hoop and Uitvlugt. A site outside that stretch is refused rather than screened against layers the tool does not hold, and a layer that fails to load is reported by name instead of being counted as clear.
A score is a screening result. It is not planning permission, not an EPA decision and not an environmental impact assessment. Nothing here models flooding or knows who owns the land. The thresholds are ours, nobody has signed them off, and every one of them is written out on the data and method page.
